Purpose: Your data is collected for identification purposes in order to send you public communications further to your request to receive information.

Legitimation: As the owner of the data requested in this letter, the processing of such data is based on your consent, it being understood that if you do not authorise the processing of your data, CNMV will not be able to process your request.

Recipients: Your data will be processed by the CNMV departments strictly responsible for preparing and issuing public communications.

Transfer to third parties: In order to carry out certain functions necessary for proper preparation and timely sending of public communications, the collaboration of third parties may be required. In this event we will only transfer your data if it is essential to ensure the quality and timeliness of the information you are to receive.

Rights of the data subject: As the owner of the data requested, you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure and portability of your data, as well as restriction and objection to its processing. You also have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.

The exercise of these rights shall be requested in accordance with the procedure detailed in the Exercise of rights section.

Finally, you have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency in the event that you consider your rights over your personal data to have been violated.
