Santander Gestión, S.A., S.G.I.I.C., como entidad gestora y Banco Santander de Negocios, S.A., como enticad depositaria de dicho fondo solicitan que, habiéndose remitido a la CNMV las cuentas anuales y el informe de auditoría correspondiente al ejercicio de 1998 del fondo, sean incorporadas como anexo a su folleto explicativo inscrito en esta CNMV y declaran que, por lo demás, dicho folleto se mantiene vigente. Dicha declaración ha sido incorporada en el Registro de Folletos de IIC.
